Our team is made up of people who are experts in their individual jobs and have a great deal of experience. We try our best to make everybody feel comfortable from the time of their initial phone call to their last retention appointment. We strive to create a caring and supportive environment for each patient we see.
Madie – Office Manager/Financial Coordinator
Hello, I’m Madie and it’s my job to make sure everything in the office runs smoothly. I also supervise the office staff and assist patients with any financial and insurance questions. I love seeing the happy faces of our patients when they leave our office with their new smile!
I am married with two grown sons, and in my free time I enjoy tennis, movies, theater, dancing, hiking, snorkeling, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I have a master’s degree in Special Education from Hunter College and have worked with special needs children for many years.
Aris – Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I’m Aris and I assist Dr. Frankel chairside during orthodontic procedures. I was born in the Philippines where I graduated from the National University College of Dentistry. Getting to know each patient on a personal level and hearing about their daily lives is my favorite part of my job.
I have been married to my wife for 31 years and we have three wonderful daughters and one nine-month-old granddaughter who is my little angel. I like to go bowling and bike riding and also play the guitar in our church choir.
Amparo – Lab, Records, and Sterilization Technician
Hi, my name is Amparo and it’s my job to take digital X-rays, photos, and assist Dr. Frankel in making models. I also make on-site retainers and supervise the sterilization of instruments. I am always amazed at the rise in confidence when our patients see their new, beautiful smile.
I have been married for 18 years and we have three children and three grandchildren. When I have free time, I like to exercise, watch TV, and play with my grandchildren.
La Quinta – Scheduling and Treatment Coordinator
Hello, I’m La Quinta and I schedule all patient appointments, help with insurance benefits, and help coordinate the diagnosis and treatment plan, along with the financial options. I attended Monroe Community College and am certified as an orthodontic assistant. Our patients are really the best and I truly enjoy getting to know them during their treatment.
I love my life and my relationship with my best friend, Jason, as well as my wonderful cat, Pedro. In my free time I enjoy skiing, dancing, and traveling.
